If you are listed on the above list(s) and have a warrant issued for your arrest, you may take care of the warrant by contacting the Oakwood Police Department. If the warrant is for a Failure to Appear on a non-serious traffic offense (red light violation, speeding, disorderly conduct, etc.) then you may make arrangements to pay the fine cost plus bench warrant fee.

 

If the warrant is for a serious violation (DUI, Reckless Driving, etc.), then you may contact the Oakwood Police Department to make arrangements to post a cash bond plus pay the bench warrant fee and have a new court date issued.

 

If the warrant is for a probation violation, you may contact the Oakwood Police Department to make arrangements to turn yourself in and have a new court date issued before the Judge in the case.
